What the demo shows
The gate, in about twenty seconds
The guard opens EntrySphere on a phone or tablet, photographs the visitor and records the flat or host, the purpose of the visit, the number of people and any vehicle number. There is no register to write in and nothing to decipher later.
The WhatsApp approval
The resident or host receives the visitor's photo and details as a WhatsApp message with approve and reject buttons. This is the part worth watching closely: it is the whole reason adoption does not stall, because nobody has to install an app, create an account or remember a password.
The decision coming back
The answer appears on the guard's screen straight away. If nobody replies, the visit stays pending rather than quietly counting as approved, so the person at the gate is never guessing.
The record afterwards
Every visit is stored with its photo, time, unit or host, purpose and outcome, and can be searched later. This is what committees and office managers actually use when a delivery goes missing or someone questions an entry from three weeks ago.
